Remote Area
If you choose Expedited Shipping, an additional $14.99 USD will be charged for remote delivery. To save costs, we recommend using Australia Post for remote deliveries.
EU, UK, and Canada Consumers
If shipping to the EU, UK, or Canada via DHL Express, you will be responsible for import taxes and charges. We recommend choosing standard shipping for a more affordable option, though it may take longer than the 5-7 business days offered by DHL Express.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Taxes and duties may apply for international orders. -
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses but can deliver to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping is unavailable for PO Boxes. -
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days, contact Customer Service for a refund or replacement. -
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders for different addresses. -
